The album consists of Brazilian songs played in the rhythms of bossa nova and samba, arranged in a modern jazz style, and of jazz compositions that were inspired by Brazilian music, all in diverse and elaborate arrangements. The compositions on the album were written by the masters of Brazilian music such as A.C Jobim, D. Caymni and others. The musicians at the recording sessions included Libor Šmoldas on guitar, Tomáš Vokurka on drums, Miloš Dvořáček Jr. on percussions, and two prominent guests from Poland – Michał Tokaj on piano and Michał Barański on upright bass.
